You may have to use MSConfig from Windows to disable certain programs during the startup of Windows. MSConfig only able to disable it, but can not remove it permanently. We can remove them by editing the Windows registry, but it is not easy. The easiest solution is: use MSConfig Cleanup, to remove the list of programs that are already disabled through MSConfig.
